Do a couple of the characters pictured here look familiar? That's because they are! Our Bryce (Reese's big Brother who has Brugada syndrome, a genetic heart condition) is featured in the colouring book and our Reese is featured on the sticker sheet. Along with using these tools to educate about cardiology in general - Bryce & Reese's friends and family can use these tools to chat with their kids/peers about their special hearts - in a playful, candid & un-intimidating way!
"Join us in an uplifting, educational exploration of all things Hearts & CHD (congenital heart defects / disease / disorders)! Time for some cardiology fun. Let's learn about this journey, heart anatomy, some of the ways CHD warriors take care of themselves, and that a diagnosis is only one part of who a person is! No small potatoes here, friends. We believe big learning doesn't need to be intimidating. Bring a new level of play, learning, and representation to your surroundings. Lead better conversations, normalize experiences, show your support." - Bitsy Atwold
